Plain-language summary: A subprocessor is a third-party company we rely on to operate ClearStride Tools' products. This page lists every subprocessor currently in use across the Baseline Suite (BaselineDocs, BaselineReqs, BaselineInventory) and Rally.msg, what each one does, and what data it can access. We'll update this page whenever that list changes.
Baseline Suite (BaselineDocs, BaselineReqs, BaselineInventory)
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage. Has access to all Customer Data and account/auth data.
- Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery. Has access to request data in transit; no persistent access to stored Customer Data.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Has access to billing contact details and payment card data (we never see or store full card numbers).
- Resend — transactional email delivery (welcome emails, notifications, billing receipts). Has access to recipient email addresses and message content.
- Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics. Has access to error stack traces and request metadata; configured to avoid capturing document/record content.
Rally.msg
Rally.msg shares the Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and Sentry subprocessors above, plus one additional subprocessor specific to SMS delivery:
- Twilio — SMS message delivery and toll-free number (TFN) provisioning. Has access to member phone numbers and message content sent through the platform.
